What are your hours of operation?

TradeServus is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year in order to meet all the needs of our customers. Our call center agents are always available to provide our clients with extraordinary customer service anytime, day or night.

 

Are our calls answered by a live agent?

Yes, all of your calls will be answered by a live agent. If an agent is unable to answer within 4 rings, an auto-agent will inform your customer they have called the right place and someone will be with them shortly.

 

Where are you located?

TradeServus is centrally located in Orlando, Florida with plans to expand West to benefit our customers located in different time zones.

 

What does the set-up fee include?

The set-up fee includes complete customization of the customer’s account. We collect sufficient information to help us master your scripting and work flow. Our programming team will then implement the information you give us and customize the customer onboarding process to help make the everything as seamless as possible to the satisfaction of our customer.

Tell me more about your dispatch software end to end data migration and your technical support?

We specialize in End to end data migration that can be a difficult for someone what is not familiar with databases. A company that is transferring data to one software to another e.g ESC to ServiceTitan or ServiceTitan to Field Edge can run into significant technical issues. The process involves switching from one operating system to a completely different operating system. This can cause loss of data, or poorly labeled/categorized data which could take months to reorganize. We can make the process safe and seamless.
